Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods or when additional order verification is required.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery is generally 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of destination, carrier delays, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address or redirect the parcel.

Delivery Issues

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, first check around the delivery location and contact the carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, contact Customer Support with your order number so we can assist.

Duties and Taxes

Where applicable, import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless they were collected during checkout.
