There's a LOT we love about this solar powered camera bird feeder. The setup and installation is very straightforward. The images are clear, and the solar panel keeps the battery charged - unless you have a spell of cloudy or rainy weather. For reference, I've had my feeder up for a month, and only had to charge the battery once, during a one week spell of lousy weather. Filling the feeder is very easy.
The best thing about the feeder is the outstanding customer service. After I registered my account, Kiwibit reached out to me personally by email to check in. . . there was no impersonal customer satisfaction survey. I gave them some honest feedback about some minor issues, and they followed up right away with some very helpful tips.
Here are some key takeaways:
I chose the feeder thst has a separate solar panel vs the integrated panel, which I like. I've got the feeder facing north, away from the sun, and the panel facing south.
I've had good luck with deterring squirrels with no-mess seed coated in hot stuff. I recommend the no mess seed, because the seed hopper is small, and you'll need to refill less often. I'm also going to add a squirrel baffle.
The AI does a good job with most birds, but consistently misidentifies some (in my case, female Red-winged Blackbirds) Customer support recommended that I send feedback when that happens (a quick click in the app), and that has helped a lot.
I had no idea how many birds were visiting my backyard feeder - in my case, there are hundreds per day. I did remove my other feeder when I installed this one.
All in all, I've thoroughly enjoyed this feeder, and I'm honestly blown away by the amazing customer care. Highly recommend!

* 分享起来非常方便。我的家人和朋友遍布全国各地，都在观看我的喂鸟器！他们都很喜欢。
* 用户可更换电池……如果这玩意儿出了问题，比如连续几天阴天（像现在这样），只需取出电池，放在家里充电一晚上，第二天早上再装回去……电池不是内置在摄像头或主机里的，而是直接弹出的。我太喜欢这个设计了！
* 清洁起来也很方便……料斗可以拉出来……擦一下就搞定了。
* 高清图像效果非常好。真的非常好。
* 可以捏合缩放视频。可以选择宽高比保存照片。到目前为止，鸟类识别功能非常准确。摄像头是超广角，所以我能看到所有东西。
* 用户体验非常直观。所有功能都很好用。
我简直可以滔滔不绝地说下去……这玩意儿的价格只有我之前买的那款双摄像头路由器的一半，那款路由器不仅不好用，还总是连不上WiFi，而且比我试过的其他那些笨重又没用的路由器便宜得多。
我太喜欢这玩意儿了。做得真棒，五星好评！！
