Definitely a good value, nice quality, portable and works well. Multiple settings to choose from and it's pretty powerful. Love that it has a belt to hold it in place.

Love it! It’s so functional that even my little dog enjoys a gentle massage. I love that I can use it on different parts of my body, and the massage feels surprisingly realistic. It’s lightweight, has a beautiful design, the heat feature is very soothing, and the wireless battery makes it easy to use anywhere. The 3 speed settings make it easy to customize every massage.

Gotta admit, as a Vine reviewer, I had my doubts about this thing from looking at it but I have been struggling with neck issues for over a year since a really bad accident and figured I should give it a try.Out of the box it is as silly as it looks on Amazon but you immediately feel the quality of the build. The rubbery "ball" is built like a tank but yet soft and pliable, making it immediately comfortable and begs to to be fondled. I charged it up quickly and immediately went to trying to mount it on my neck. The instructions were clear but the unusual belt crisscrossing your chest is not intuitive. No worries though, after mounting a few times, I got it figure out now.So, does it work? Hell yes. This is pretty much the equivalent of medium sized child massaging your neck well for 15 minutes. You can shift the straps around and easily move where it targets and with the heat, it targets and relaxes like a laser. The batter life is acceptable but make sure to charge when not in use, I left it for a week only to come back and find out it needed recharging. The only other area of mild criticism is the controls. It is hard to figure what you are pressing when reaching behind your neck and can often hit a button that you didn't intend to. The included remote helps solve that but also struggles a bit if you don't aim it right and provides no feedback to which cycle or heat option you are about to switch to. Slightly annoying but not enough to make dislike this neck relaxing master.I think the price is pretty good for the quality you get. This is not some cheaply thrown together plastic garbage, it is good quality and really does what it says.

I Bought this Neck and shoulder massager for my husband because I have arthritis and cannot massage his back. He absolutely loves it!It massages great, he loves that it has heat and relieves his pain. It's easy to use and the quality is great. The strap to keep it in place works very good too!

This small, funny-looking device should come with a warning label - intense massage relief! I carry all of my stress in extremely tight, tense neck and shoulder muscles. This massager was easy to use in the comfort of my living room, and within about 10 minutes, I could feel the difference in my muscles. I'm adding this to my nightly routine, to relax my muscles before I go to bed! I recommend it to anyone experiencing tight, knotted muscles.
