I’m always on the lookout for food containers that work properly, are dishwasher and microwave safe, and are easy to clean. This set does all of that and more and doesn’t cost a fortune. This set contains 10 glass storage containers with lids. Five can hold 4.5 cups (perfect for leftovers or lunch), and the other 5 can hold 1.5 cups (perfect for snacks or ingredient prep). The containers themselves are made of smooth and strong borosilicate glass. They can be used in the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave making them much more versatile than their plastic counterparts. The lids are made of clear plastic (so they should not go in the oven or microwave, obviously!) with pink plastic clips along all 4 edges to lock them onto the glass containers. There is also a silicone ring around the inside edge of the lids making the seal airtight.I tested the containers by putting water in them, closing the lids, and giving them a good shake in all directions and absolutely no water escaped so I am pretty confident that they are airtight and spill proof as advertised.I would highly recommend this set of containers. They are well made, seal well, come in 2 useful sizes, and only cost about $3 per container which is an excellent value for money.

Lids fit easily and securely and they all came well packaged. I'm not sure if I'll ever use the smallest ones for anything but the two largest for each shape have gotten good use so far.
