So we just got it and I was nervous lol, I’m like I’m probably. It going to be able flip this egg in this tiny space with a tiny spatula. It was easy and all the eggs come out perfect. So far every time been perfect eggs, but I’ve only used it for a week? Maybe two? So it’s been a success lol . I also like the tag that lets me know the pan is nice and ready to cook. That’s a helpful marker. Cleaning been easy too just falls off so good experiment so far.

This pan will change your breakfast outlook and life! I make 4 eggs each time I use it, even if I don't need them for breakfast and make english muffin sandwiches with the leftovers for work mornings. They taste perfect, they look perfect, they come out of the pan easily, they are the perfect size. Total winner!!!

My wife sent me the link to get this for her... I did without any thought...Now that we've both used it on a regular basis..This thing is awesome. Cooks eggs perfectly with the yolk or scrambled... perfectly.I always have biscuits with sausage or bacon with eggs.Easy breakfast to have while I'm driving to work every morning. This is the perfect size to fit on a biscuit and eat on the go...(don't recommend runny yolk if you're eating while driving, just saying)Also.. it doesn't tell you this in the instructions but the little rubber block where the handle meets the skillet changes color when it's hot... you can use that as a guide for how runny you want the yolks. We really love this skillet and definitely recommend if you make breakfast sandwiches. Easy to cook with and the perfect size.

Well made. Works great. Beefy weight. Beautiful wood handle, Thought it was synthetic but description says wood. Its nice speckled gray, not black. Silicone heat indicator works great, red to white color, but looks like its already coming out. I don't care though, its so nice. Used spray canola oil, salt, eggs don't stick, wipes clean. No hard burnt egg edges etc. like on a skillet pan, great taste and consistency. Delicious results for a bonehead camp cook. Planning to use this overlanding and camping on propane or butane camp stoves, not always level so should be perfect. Planning on making easy breakfast sandwiches with buns, cheese, sausage patties on skillet pan. Cant wait to use it on the trail. I feel like I'm cheating. Better, easier, cleaner than the silicone egg rings or poaching rings we've used before. May try easy omelet or pancakes next. Get out there and cook some !!!
