Great size for making smoothies. It's too much for my youngest son, but as an adult it's perfect. It crushes the ice and frozen fruit really well. I did not notice any leaks.Very good quality.

Easy to use and easy to clean. I rinse and clean immediately after use...following directions. Just one time I had a problem...I dropped in a whole banana and a large cube of mostly defrosted persimmon and not enough liquid because I had filled it too much already. So I had to restart a few times. Shaking and tilting the blender did not help. I got my smoothie...but I learned my lesson. Don't overfill with fruit. It needs enough liquid...or it will be too thick to turn...it just turns off on you.Fast and easy if you follow the rules. The bottom is supposed to come off if you want to clean...but it is tight. I don't plan to take it off since it is so easy to clean. If I do it right after juicing, it won't have time to let any fruit stick on.I have had it a week and use it everyday on low power. So that's about 14 uses (counting juicing and cleaning). there is still power, but I think I will plug it in today.I think it is well made with no rough edges. It looks very attractive (important in the morning when I have to look at it everyday.)This is my 4th blender and I have to say that this brand is at the top of my list...small but gets the job done...one cup is all I need. I did not find it noisy. some of my previous blenders were really noisy.

Works best when ingredients are cut into smaller pieces

As a night shift worker, keeping up with nutrition has always been a challenge, but this portable blender capacity is the perfect size for a full smoothie or protein shake that fits easily in my work bag, and the 12-blade system actually delivers smooth results even with frozen fruit and thick powders with no weird chunks. The motor can get warm during heavy use like blending frozen fruit or ice back-to-back. Not hot enough to worry about safety, but noticeable enough that I don't run it for more than 90 seconds at a time just a couple-minute cooldown between blends. Instead of reaching for vending machine snacks during those 3am energy crashes, I can blend something fresh in minutes and stick to my health goals. It's become an essential part of my work routine because it removes the friction between knowing I should eat better and actually having the time and tools to do it on a night shift schedule.
