This bird feeder is fantastic. Extremely happy with the quality of the camera, crystal clear. Also, I have mine on a tree about 40 feet from my house and it still gets every visit perfect. If I could, I would give this 6 stars for the customer support team. I was having trouble with the solar panel not charging, and through constant daily communication with Emma and Manuel, it was my fault. Sent them photos of the unit and they said it didn’t look like I had the C- cord connection seated properly. I unplugged it and reinserted it while pulling on the rubber plug to get it in farther, and now it works great. I wish every company had customer service like this. Great product and great customer service.

This is a quality product. Especially like do not need a subscription to record birds. I mounted it on a 1" pole with a squirrel protection cone, not included. Having over 100 hits a day. Can adjust how long you want the recording to run.

I absolutely love this bird house. It is made of good quality materials and so far it has held up well under our hot Texas sun and through a major rainstorm. I love that it identifies the birds for you. So far I’ve seen two species of birds that I didn’t know we had on our property, in addition to the ones I see every day. I can’t wait for spring to get here as we will start to see even more species. Both my husband and I have gotten hours of enjoyment from it and look forward to checking the camera several times a day. Just a tip for those of you who have squirrels. My husband mounted the birdhouse on a T post that he had placed a 4 inch piece of PVC over. The squirrels can’t get their arms around the PVC and climb up the post. They completely empty my traditional bird feeders hanging in the trees, but they can’t get to this one!

I thought this would be a fun little distraction. I never guessed how much I would enjoy it, especially whenever I get a new species to show up! With 19 species so far and an album on my phone that has 191 images and 54 videos, (besides what the bird feeder has stored in the cloud), some might call it an obsession.
Not only do I love the bird feeder, but I recently contacted Kiwibit to try to purchase a replacement pole mounting bracket, because when I was tightening it, I stripped the metal and lost it in the grass. They shipped me an entire bracket for free! So, you can count on excellent customer service too!
