I’m new to bird watching and this was my Christmas present. I absolutely love it. Setup was easy, the videos are crisp and colorful, it’s easy to mount (mine is on a pole) clean and refill.. The customer support is great, very friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, I don’t have a sunny spot for it, so I don’t use the solar panel, but the battery lasts a long time and it’s not a problem to charge it overnight when the app says it’s gettin low. I have Wild Birds Unlimited No Mess Blend on one side and a bluebird mix on the other. I’ve had sixteen species visit since Christmas! It’s inspired me to get a heated bird bath to put near it, as we’ve had some very cold days lately.

Should be able to give more stars ⭐️ . Customer service is off the charts great. They now have add ons so a larger variety of birds can eat. As far as the camera? Fantastic! With the 4K and being able to work with Alexa I can watch on my big screen 📺. And to top things off. I wanted to buy a spare battery. What did they say? I’m getting one shipped to me for free. One extra thing. The camera is great and the bird ID is perfect Thank you all for a great product

We are delighted to own this smart bird feeder. It has proven to attract a surprising variety of birds, and it is fascinating to see them up close, and learn more about them. With this feeder, we are able to enjoy some of the more exotic/rare birds that would probably have come and gone unobserved with a traditional feeder.

Additionally, the folks at Kiwibit have demonstrated exceptional customer service. We contacted them to ask about a small issue we had at first, and they resolved our concerns promptly and graciously.

This smart feeder is very well made and easy to set up. It has earned our highest recommendation!

This has been so much fun! We enjoy getting notifications when birds are at the feeder and can even just watch a live feed of them munching away at seeds. It is a perfect size and easy to hang and the app is easy to follow. We had rain one day so there were a few rain drops on the camera but come the next day the camera didn’t have any water marked left on it so that was nice. It took a little while for birds to find it but now they come all day every day. So much fun to watch them close up and we love that it identifies the birds. But have noticed as you see in the photo it only list one bird name rather than both.

I bought two different camera bird feeders, and this one by far beats the other one! It’s worth every penny and when I purchase another one it will be one of these. Camera quality is amazing! It takes still shots and video, classifies the visits by bird, allows you to zoom in/out without distorting the image. I love that you can remove the hopper on this one for easy cleaning. I also like that the mounting bracket comes with an install options for the solar pad as well. I charged the battery before placing it outside. It’s been running for weeks now and still at 100% due to the solar panel. The feeder is much more sturdy/heavy duty than the other one I have. The app works a lot better too. I can’t recommend this feeder enough!
