   So realistically, I have gone through 4 (yes this is my 4th) smart watch this year (I think?! Might be 3 but anyways) and thos one by far has FINALLY given me everything I've been looking for. Well, almost everything. Still cant text out on it but, it is what it is.So, some interesting things about this watch compared to the others ive had are the accuracy of the biometrics taken, the screen quality, and overall battery life. I am even liking that when I misplace my phone is actually rings MY ringtone and not some weird built-in one from the watch company. I even love that you can change the notification tone ON the watch itself too. Pretty snazzy there.Now here's some downfall in my opinion (this is my personal opinion, use its information as you see fit). Firstly, the paid membership app im not thrilled about and its not for the price, thats fair across the board. Its the lack of knowing the time frame parameters used as well as this being noted in the listing itself. Another is, the lack of it being fully customizable (i.e. you make it your very own) backgrounds as well as the limited number you can have (4 is the max). But again, this is my opinion and im one who likes fully customizable things as I like to be different. Only other "flaw" is that it only has 1 button which sticks out a fair ways for my liking and digs into my wrist... Do wish it was a little more, sleek if you will in that department.But ive added photos to show the level of things offered as well as how it does look very asteticly pleaseing. Which is nice little bonus! So maybe im nitpicking on some things, oh well!All in all though, its beyond worth getting. Not had a connection issue like past ones, and the band it even came with wasnt just silicone (oddly wearing that causes my skin to "eat" itself so I cant wear them).So I hope this helps someone out there!

   I absolutely love my new smartwatch! From the moment I started using it, I was impressed with how easy it was to set up and navigate. The watch has a sleek, attractive design and feels comfortable on my wrist.I especially like being able to keep up with my notifications, track my activity, monitor my health and stay connected without constantly reaching for my phone. The features are easy to use, and the display is clear and bright.For the price, I feel like I got a great value. It looks good, works well, and has many of the features I was looking for in a smartwatch. I’m very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, reliable smartwatch!

   I can’t seem to find anywhere to message seller direct. My watch won’t charge or turn on.I bought in December so I know it’s been 7 months, however it does say 5 year guarantee and to just message the seller if any issues, sad this isn’t made easy.Review update: After writing this review the company kindly reached out to me and offered me a full refund or replacement watch. I requested the replacement and I am very happy I did, my new watch arrived within days. The watch was easy to set up and sync with my phone. It is working beautifully and after using for a few days I still have good battery life. Very different to my first experience so it must just have been a faulty one.The watch itself has some nice features like the weather app, steps monitor, BP monitor etc. It also sends me notifications when I get messages through my phone including Whatsapp.Thank you so mush for taking the time to resolve my issue and I look forward to using my watch with confidence.

   Had this watch for a couple of weeks now. This watch is not bad, it is also not the greatest. I don’t think it accurately measures steps and heart rate is hit and miss, seems like it depends on how you hold your wrist or how tight you wear the watch. The phone locater feature doesn’t always work either, and you can’t customize the watch face with your own photo or answer text messages. That being said, the workout features that track distance and speed, etc. are great. The sleep tracker works well and just about all the other watch features are pretty cool. I do like that you can answer your phone and talk through the watch because there’s a microphone which has the ability to connect to Siri. All in all I would say 3.5 stars. Oh and the charge does holds well, just like with anything though it depends on how much you play with it.Update: After writing this review I was contacted by Nora from the company’s customer service team and offered either a replacement or refund of the watch that I purchased. It was super unexpected but highly appreciated, and gave an undoubting sense that this small company cares about their products and the reception they receive. The interaction and level of customer service alone is enough to give the watch a higher rating, as it’s obvious the company cares and that’s more than most places these days. I would overall recommend

   Was pretty easy to set up with the app, it came with pretty clear instructions. If you read some of the other reviews it's helpful as well to get it set up. It does a lot more than I thought it would! I just wanted something that would count my steps and my heart rate and this does a million more things than just that. Blood oxygen levels and stress monitoring? Excellent! I can even listen to music and make phone calls on this watch! It works on my Android just fine and even lets me connect my Bluetooth headphones at the same time the watch is also connected with Bluetooth.
